The urbanistic project already filed provides for 11 residential units within an open environment.
Our design consists in a redefinition of the shell, with a more careful layout of the windows according to the orientation of the houses, and in a redesign of marquees and balconies.
The distinctive difficulty of this project is the target of an extremely low energy consumption with a two-floors plus basement earthquake-proof structure.
The energy-tuning of the shell and of the various building elements leads to the achieving of a "passive" standard, with an energy need less than 12kwh/m2 per year, and the Passivhaus© certification.
